On July 2, 2026, at approximately 2:42 PM, a vehicle overturned on the US-101 Washington Blvd off ramp. Reports indicated smoke coming from the vehicle, and there were initial reports that the vehicle had been rolling. Emergency services, including an ambulance and DNSO units, were dispatched to the scene. Officers initially had difficulty locating the exact position of the vehicle.
