On June 3, 2026, a silver Honda Accord swerved off the roadway and struck a tree on State Route 25. There were no injuries reported. The vehicle came to rest approximately 10 feet off the road down an embankment, requiring a tow truck and a temporary closure on a blind curve by Caltrans for recovery.
