On June 21, 2026, at approximately 11:36 PM, a two-vehicle collision involving a grey Jeep and a white four-door Honda sedan occurred in the right lane of Winchester Road State Route 79 at Stowe Road. A reporting or responsible party reported a head injury. Calfire responded to the scene. Officer San Nicholas of the CHP reported that the collision occurred within an existing closure, and the closure manager was notified. Alex Towing was requested to remove the vehicles, and the vehicle was later stored.
