On June 4, 2026, at approximately 8:02 AM, a blue Honda sedan and a blue Tesla collided on southbound Interstate 680, just north of the Washington off-ramp. Both vehicles exited the freeway and moved to the right-hand shoulder of a city street. It was later determined that there were no injuries, and the involved parties exchanged information prior to the arrival of authorities.
