On June 21, 2026, at approximately 4:12 PM, a white Jeep Wrangler and a blue SUV collided in the number one lane of Interstate 205 West at the Mountain House Parkway off ramp. The incident was initially reported as a collision with an ambulance en route, but was later updated to a collision involving minor injuries. A juvenile in one of the vehicles was transferred to the Stockton Fire Department for care. The incident was closed by the CHP at 5:09 PM.
