On June 4, 2026, at approximately 6:23 PM, a four-door Chevrolet sedan rolled over and came to rest on its roof on the left-hand shoulder of the US-101 North Osos Street off ramp. The vehicle was reported to be smoking. An ambulance and a tow truck were requested to the scene, and the San Luis Obispo Police Department (SLOPD) was notified.
