On June 5, 2026, at approximately 5:01 PM, a collision occurred between a white delivery truck and a blue SUV on US-101 South at Milpas Street. Both vehicles were reported to have pulled over to the right-hand shoulder. However, by 5:19 PM, responding officers found that both vehicles had left the scene before their arrival.
