On June 3, 2026, a white four-door sedan collided with the center divide on northbound US-101 at Carmen Drive. The Vallejo Fire Department responded to the scene. No injuries were reported, and all lanes were reopened shortly after. A tow truck from Eddie's Towing was dispatched to remove the vehicle.
