On June 3, 2026, at approximately 2:01 PM, a traffic collision occurred involving a silver Mustang GT and a Volvo or similar vehicle on State Route 94 East at the State Route 15 transition road. Both vehicles came to a stop on the right shoulder. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, but responding units were later advised to drop their emergency code as the parties involved were separated and all vehicles were positioned on the shoulder. A tow truck from Coastal Pride was requested at 2:16 PM.
