On June 5, 2026, at approximately 8:57 PM, a black sedan, identified as a Nissan Maxima, was involved in a solo vehicle traffic collision on Northbound Interstate 405 at Devonshire Street. The vehicle was facing the wrong way and blocking the high-occupancy vehicle lane. A Scion was also reported blocking the slow lane. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, and Mid Valley Towing was requested for recovery.
