On June 22, 2026, at approximately 2:11 PM, a traffic collision involving a silver Toyota Prius and a dark grey Mercedes-Benz sedan occurred on the northbound Interstate 710 at the Third Street off ramp. The collision resulted in both vehicles becoming undriveable and blocking the middle lanes of the highway. A female passenger in the Mercedes reported back pain and required assistance from the fire department. A tow truck from Pepe's Tow was dispatched to the scene to remove the silver Mercedes-Benz.
