On June 21, 2026, at approximately 6:50 AM, a white Honda Civic collided with the right shoulder wall of an off-ramp at the Interstate 605 South and Washington Boulevard on-ramp. Smoke was observed coming from the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Balcaceres Brothers Towing was dispatched to the scene.
