On June 4, 2026, at approximately 6:32 PM, a traffic collision involving a grey Mercedes sedan and a black sedan occurred on the Interstate 605 North Washington Blvd off ramp. The accident blocked the high occupancy vehicle (carpool) lanes. One vehicle's hood was open, and the driver was unable to move the vehicle. All lanes were initially stopped, but by 6:48 PM, all parties involved moved to the right shoulder. No injuries were reported.
