At approximately 2:29 AM on July 4, 2026, a black Honda Civic went off the right shoulder of Interstate 5 North at Jeffrey Road. No injuries were reported. A flatbed tow truck from Metro Pro Irvine was requested and arrived on the scene at 3:07 AM to tow the vehicle.
