On June 21, 2026, at approximately 12:05 PM, a collision occurred between a grey Tesla Model 3 and a blue Chevrolet SUV on the right shoulder of Interstate 405 North at the US 101 Connector. The accident blocked the right lanes of the freeway. No injuries were reported, and no vehicles overturned.
