On June 21, 2026, at approximately 9:28 PM, a traffic collision involving a black Dodge was reported on the Interstate 215 North on-ramp at Van Buren Boulevard. The vehicle was observed on the right shoulder just north of Van Buren. The California Highway Patrol worked with the fire department and CAL FIRE to manage the scene. The vehicle was subsequently relocated to the Chevron at Elsworth and Cactus.
