On June 21, 2026, at approximately 8:44 AM, a traffic collision involving a black Honda in the middle lane and a white Lexus on the right shoulder occurred on the Interstate 210 East at the Citrus Avenue off ramp. All lanes were initially stopped, but vehicles were moved to the right shoulder shortly after 9:05 AM to reopen the lanes. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, and it was later determined that a third vehicle was involved in the incident.
