On June 5, 2026, at approximately 5:47 PM, a traffic collision occurred on the lower section of the Interstate 15 southbound off ramp at Cleghorn Road. One vehicle was reported to be on its roof, with debris blocking the off ramp. Emergency services, including the fire department and tow trucks, responded to the the scene. CHP units remained on site to hold the Cleghorn off ramp.
