On June 21, 2026, at approximately 2:40 PM, a traffic collision occurred on the south side of Interstate 15 at State Route 138. The accident involved a white Toyota Prius and a red Nissan pickup truck. Both vehicles came to a stop on the right shoulder. No injuries were reported.
