A traffic collision occurred on southbound Interstate 15 near the Sheriff's Department and Bear Valley Road on June 4, 2026. The accident resulted in one of the two left lanes being blocked, with a vehicle ending up in the center divide of the alternative intersection. Airbags were deployed during the crash. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, and two tow trucks were requested on an expedited basis. Due to traffic, one tow truck driver reported being stuck just north of Bear Valley Road.
