On June 4, 2026, a white Chrysler 200 and a bucket truck collided on Interstate 15 North in the second lane. One of the vehicles was unable to start, causing a blockage of the HOV lane. The vehicles were eventually pushed to the center divide, clearing the roadway for Freeway Service Patrol.
