On June 3, 2026, at approximately 1:45 PM, a vehicle collided with the Garlic World entrance sign at the intersection of US-101 North and State Route 25, becoming high-centered in front of the sign. Although an ambulance was initially requested, the California Highway Patrol later updated the incident to a collision with no injuries.
