On June 3, 2026, at approximately 9:30 AM, a three-vehicle collision involving a big rig and two other vehicles, including a Kia Optima and a hatchback, occurred at State Route 91 West and State Route 57. The accident blocked the transition road and the right-hand lane of the freeway. A Nissan Kicks and a black Kia Optima with a damaged front axle were towed from the scene.
