On June 16, 2026, at approximately 9:57 PM, a single-vehicle traffic collision occurred on State Route 94 West near State Route 15. The vehicle was initially reported in the middle lanes facing the wrong way, but was later clarified to be located in the center divide just east of 30th Street. The vehicle was eventually found to be abandoned.
