On June 4, 2026, at approximately 5:03 PM, a collision involving three to four vehicles occurred on US-101 South at Mulholland Drive. The incident initially blocked the second lane and later the first lane. Vehicles were eventually pushed to the center divider, clearing the roadway by 5:11 PM. Tow trucks were dispatched to the scene to remove the vehicles.
