On June 21, 2026, at approximately 9:28 PM, a multi-vehicle collision occurred on State Route 62 East at Indian Canyon. The incident involved several vehicles, including a dark-colored Honda HRV that collided with a barrier, a pickup truck, and a sedan. Reports indicated that three to four vehicles were blocked in the lanes, with a female driver from the pickup truck and another female walking around in the lanes near the curves. Cal Fire responded to the scene. Tow trucks from Southwest Towing and Aarco Towing were requested to clear the vehicles from the the #1 lane.
