Hit and Run on Interstate 5 North at Alicia Parkway

A hit-and-run incident occurred on the north side of Interstate 5 at Alicia Parkway. The victim's vehicle, a red Chevrolet convertible, was located on the right shoulder with damage to the rear bumper. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle remained drivable.
