A hit and run incident occurred on the State Route 60 West and State Route 71 South connector. There were no injuries reported. The incident caused vehicles to partially block the roadway and a left turn lane, with traffic stopped on the 81-N1 transition road lanes. S and J Towing was dispatched to the scene and the incident was closed by CHP at 4:25 PM.
