On June 21, 2026, at approximately 6:44 PM, a collision occurred on the northbound Interstate 605 at Valley Boulevard. Initial reports indicated a white Lexus IS and an unknown white Toyota Tundra were involved; however, later updates specified a white Lexus IS and a black Honda Civic.
