On June 16, 2026, at approximately 6:19 PM, a head-on collision involving a white Ford Mustang and a beige Toyota BRZ sedan occurred in the eastbound lanes of Riverside Drive at McKinley Avenue. The vehicles were reported as stuck together, with multiple parties attempting to separate them. An ambulance and a flatbed tow truck from Pro Tow were dispatched to the scene. The Fire Department blocked the first lane and the turning lane of eastbound Riverside Drive to manage the traffic. One person was transported to Pomona for minor injuries.
