On June 4, 2026, at approximately 6:28 PM, a four-vehicle collision occurred on US-50 East, just west of State Route 99. The accident involved a white Subaru, a grey four-door sedan, and two other unknown vehicles. Two of the vehicles were blocking lanes five and six, while the other two were on the right-hand shoulder. The incident resulted in minor injuries and required tow trucks to clear the roadway.
