On July 2, 2026, a traffic collision occurred on State Route 60 Eastbound, just west of the Milliken Avenue off-ramp in Ontario. The incident involved a white Honda sedan with major rear-end damage and a grey Mercedes SUV with major front-end damage. A bumper was reported in lane 4, and the Mercedes was initially blocking lanes 4 and 5. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene. CHP and the Fire Department responded to the the scene, and the party in the silver Mercedes remained on the left shoulder of the off-ramp to wait for family.
