On June 23, 2026, at approximately 2:51 PM, a multi-vehicle collision occurred on northbound Interstate 15 at Baseline. The incident involved a tractor-truck and a silver four-door sedan that spun out and ended up in the center divide. Additionally, a tan or grey small sedan was involved in a second collision, also ending up in the center divide. A male driver was reported as being conscious and speaking with bystanders. While injuries were initially reported, their extent remains unknown. All lanes were temporarily stopped while the Freeway Service Patrol hooked the vehicles, but lanes were cleared to the right shoulder by 3:14 PM.
