Driver Collides with Garbage Cans on Rhine Way

On June 21, 2026, at approximately 9:38 PM, a driver collided with garbage cans on Rhine Way. Reports indicated the vehicle had been swerving and nearly caused other collisions before coming to a stop in the middle of the roadway. No other vehicles were involved. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene. CHP responded to a request for investigation into driving under the influence. It was reported that no complaint was desired for assault and battery.
