On June 4, 2026, at approximately 3:53 PM, a traffic collision involving a black Ford pick-up truck and a truck trailer occurred on southbound Interstate 15. Both vehicles were reported as undriveable, with the black Ford pick-up truck positioned on the fog line. The Freeway Service Patrol reported that vehicles were blocking the first lane. A driver was reported to be unresponsive to questioning. CHP responded to the scene to assist.
